How Does the NEP Work?
Focused primarily on the highlighted list If other hazards are identified, the scope
of the inspection can be expanded. Using the DART cut-off rate of 10.0
narrowed the pool of eligible facilities to ~700. For FY13, the rate was lowered to 5.3
