Of extremely high historical and architectural value, with frescoed ceilings, prestigious polychromatic coffers and monumental exposed pietra serena fireplaces, In my project this type of residence is reminiscent of a “loft”, where the areas are defined by “made-to-measure” furnishings which, like all the other finishings, reflect a very high level of “Made in Tuscany” craftsmanship.

In this project I wanted to create a harmony of contrasts, the almost heartbreaking beauty of the panoramic views over Renaissance Florence together with avant-garde technology, contemporary design furniture and the use of only high quality materials and finishings, yet making the most of the traditional craftsmanship belonging to this area.

My project was responsible for the interior design of these prestigious offices overlooking Piazza della Signoria in Florence. Cutting edge technological systems and last generation plant design have been integrated into Palazzo del Leone to offer fully wired, extremely versatile spaces that can be configured according to the requirements of the companies who choose to locate their offices here. There is also a series of exclusive services designed to meet all modern demands in terms of sustainability and respect for the environment.

The Project comes from the study of the building and its fortunate location. I developed the preliminary concept plan and space planning, then I studied the floor plans and the plans of the residences.

Example of duplex overlooking the canal. ! I chose a contemporary décor but with many pieces related to the world of Venice, such as mirrors, glasses, bright colors of red, green and yellow gold. it is important that the tenant has the accurate perception of being in Venice.

The colors used for walls and floors are neutral to bring out the furnishings and the views from the windows on the roofs and golden domes.

The guiding principle running through the philosophy of the development is a ‘world of worlds’, which is the concept of Residenze Des Bains as a kaleidoscope whose individual components are the expression of a profound thought on the history, culture and tradition of the venue, its vocations and therefore the involvement in the project of the best professionals and firms that represent the highest quality, interpreting excellence of the Italian lifestyle.

I worked as a marketing director to complete the restoration of this architectural icon and I was also involved in studying the space planning, the residential layout and interior design with the objective of maintaining the integrity and original spirit of this legendary Palace of the early 20th Century.

Review of the apartments layout in order to verify the functionality, the panoramic views of the sea and the city, the amenities, the technological system, ecc…

Elegant Residences in MILAN

Plan for the renovation of two apartments in the center of Milan. The project includes a new internal distribution that, even in the smallest apartment, includes two bathrooms (one in master bedroom and one for guests), a kitchen separated from the living area, a column laundry with washer and dryer and a comfortable living room with facilities for guests and friends.

Elegant Residences in MILAN

Both apartments have a separate entrance area, to avoid entering directly onto the living room, increasing the sense of privacy and exclusivity. Given the low light environments the expected colors for the furnishings are light and bright in shades of cream and ivory, all floors are made of wood, even in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also coatings and bathroom fittings are clear, I chose a mosaic in shades of amber with golden hues.

Country & beach resort

I was responsible for space planning, site planning and conceptual plan design and team co-ordinator for this project – focusing on Tuscany – to build a private Residence Club and Luxury Resort in front of Tyrrhenian sea.

With golf course, game hunting and private beach, this project will be a model to build with Ecological, Economical and Cultural Sustainability.!

The residential units have been designed to interact with nature through large glass windows and large patios. The furnishings are simple, environmentally friendly and, being a vacation spot, easy to maintain.

In some units the bedrooms are divided by the outdoor patio. In this way the house can be used for a part in the case of a couple or in full in the event of the visit of a guest or a large family.
