Exceeded FY15 sales budget in excess of just over $1B by 101.3%, and profit by 107.1%. Provide merchandising leadership and support to mHealth (mobile health) initiative. Team with other business units to develop

Developed and implemented $15 Walgreens Blood Glucose Test Strip Co-pay that significantly lowered customer co-pay and out-of-pocket expenses. Category Manager of Diabetes Care, Walgreens Corporate Office, Chicago, IL (11/2010 – 04/2011)In a personally developed, promoted and newly created position, drove development and implementation of innovative programs and concepts focused on enabling Walgreens to improve and dominate market share in the Diabetes Care Category. Teamed with professionals from Legal, Pharmacy Services, Accounting and other business units to ensure alignment with company goals in strict compliance with legal requirements.

Differentiated the company from the competition while providing added value to customers. Conceived and spearheaded Walgreens’ entry into the onsite health testing market.
