I was born and raised here in Pasig, Philippines and consider Nasugbu, Batangas to be my province. I have deep roots and connections
among the people around these areas. My connection and experiences in Sales, Marketing, Events, Talent Management, etc. has grown
through the years and any Company will benefit from these.
My first experience in business was when I started a small enterprise of my own based here in Pasig way back in 2003. It was a wholesaling
and retailing business of grocery products that had the unique concept of selling grocery products at wholesale price even if the stores order
only a, reasonably, small amount.
In terms of management skills I have been in the direct selling industry for more than 5 years, and in the sales industry for more than 10
years. I have been involved, in both industries, from the rank-and-file level up to top management level. And I can fairly say that I am
competent, if not well-versed, in all things “Sales and Marketing”.
I have an extensive experience in leadership, marketing, credit and collections, public relations, events management, talents management,
sponsorships and making middle to top management decisions.
I have also been involved in the management of an Airsoft Store and Game site as a tribute to my favorite hobby. It was called “Sector Gear”
and had a premiere location in Metrowalk, Ortigas.
As for attitude, I am a very sociable person. I am, what some would call, a “loving disciplinarian”. I am just and strict with all my past
employees but quick to reward productivity and efficiency. My mantras in management are: “Ad majorem, Dei gloriam.” Which translates to
“For the greater glory of God”. “Fide et Amore” Latin for Faith and Love. “Bushi no Nasake” Nipongo or Japanese for “Tenderness of a
Warrior.” Mantras I measure my actions towards others by. I also believe that a person must be a “Leader” first in order to be a great
“Manager”.
What few know about me is that I am a Catholic Apologetic. I have studied doctrine and aid those that seek to understand the Catholic Faith.
But I am also an Ecumenical. I try to find common ground with brothers and sisters in other religions to promote a non-bigoted and liberal
interaction with other faiths.
I am able to utilize my abilities, skills and knowledge in the fields of advertising, sales, marketing, management, publicity and such other skills
related to Advertising and Events.
I enjoy my current endeavors and projects greatly but look forward to any new opportunity which may rise. All my businesses are self-
