These pages show that the Michigan 28th Circuit Court in Wexford County, Michigan, awarded Restitution money to Lisa Kay Vega who was not the victim of the theft. The Court ordered Restitution to be paid to the VICTIM, not to a fraud. The current Circuit Judge, William Fagerman, was the prosecutor on the original cases and I believe he was aware that Lisa Kay Vega was not the owner of the property nor the actual victim in the matter. As such, bringing this matter to light brings up substantial concerns about misconduct of Court Officers.TRANSCRIPT
