As the title suggests, this program is targeted to provide a safe stay with the highest level of disinfection

and cleanliness. Taking note of the latest industry trends and DM guidelines, this plan covers improved

Housekeeping and Laundry checklists after including hospital-grade chemicals and machinery. It will also

covers contactless In-Room Dining service as well as contactless deliveries and guest requests.

ENHANCED CLEANING AND DISINFECTION OF THE CORE AREAS – drop down or block

Public spaces and common areas

Cleaning and disinfection is more frequent now using hospital-grade chemicals with an emphasis on high

touch surfaces (HTS) with hard surfaces including but not limited to Front Desk check in counters,

Concierge desk, Public Restrooms, Escalators, Stairways and Railings, Kids Area, Luggage Store, Lifts and

lifts button, door handles, Room Keys and locks, ATM’s, Gym equipment, pool seating and surrounding

areas, dining surfaces and all seating areas.

Guest-Accessible Disinfecting Wipes and sanitizing stations are provided at primary entrances, fitness

center and key high traffic areas; for instance, a station to allow guests to wipe the elevator button before

pressing. Cloth towels in public toilets are replaced by disposable towels and Professional air purifiers

provide clean and fresh air.

A thorough cleaning and disinfection process is being carried out with emphasis on high touch surfaces

(HTS) including but not limited to: furniture, television remote controls, toilet seats and handles, door

handles, water faucet handles, night stands, telephones, in-room and temperature control panels, light

switches, alarm clocks, call box, luggage racks and flooring.

All rooms are placed on ‘Do Not Disturb’ status by default to provide guests with absolute privacy and

housekeeping will not enter the room unless specifically requested or approved by the guest. Minibar

items are removed and paper amenities de-cluttered and are available either upon request or replaced

with digital copy. No fruit amenities are provided to the room as an extra measure of safety.

Room seals are used to indicate a room has not been accessed after being thoroughly cleaned and

inspected.

Temperature check

Thermal cameras and scanners are used to check temperature of all guests upon entry of the hotel and

restaurants. Same process is implemented for hotel colleagues and back of house visitors, including

colleagues in accommodation.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Social distancing - stickers are placed on the floors to remind guests to maintain physical distancing.

Plexiglass barriers are installed at front desk to separate guests from hotel colleagues. All furniture in

public areas are rearranged to keep social distancing rules for the convenience of guests. Same procedure

are implemented for back of house areas and colleagues' restaurant.

GYM, POOL AND SPA

More frequent cleaning and disinfection is implemented at high touch surfaces (HTC) with the hospital-

grade chemicals. Showers and changing rooms are thoroughly disinfected overnight. Guests will be

provided with disinfection wipes and hand sanitizers.

Enhanced washing & drying program designed by Ecolab Hygiene and cleaning products suppliers is

implemented to ensure complete soil removal and to remove pathogens from linen. Standard washing

program would be selected as per the linen/load. The main wash would be at 80°C for 20 minutes with

the machine appropriately loaded to ensure complete disinfection.

All washing and drying machines are being well maintained to meet hygiene standards. Water quality is

checked every 2 weeks and sufficient pressure of steam and water pressure is maintained and recorded

for all the processes to be effective.

FOOD SAFETY

Restaurants provide a la carte food instead of buffets for all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), which

will be prepared à La Minute by our hotel’s talented chefs.

All food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practices and there is

a rigorous quality compliance monitoring system in place. All food safety standards, guidelines, and

compliance is validated by independent audits. Our hotels have valid certifications on food safety and

quality control from HACCP and ISO 9001.

A NEW CHECK IN PROCESS – drop down or block

Introducing contactless Check-In. Hotel staff is provided with personal protective equipment and

enhanced training. Visitors’ luggage will be stowed by a hotel representative, who is trained on infection

control and prevention. Any pending guest details required for check-in will be collected prior, so that

formalities can be completed quickly upon arrival, with minimal time spent in the lobby. Payments will be

done cashless to limit unnecessary contact. All keys will be disinfected before and after use in UV box

sterilizer.

Guests have an access to disinfection wipes to use before touching surfaces as well as hand sanitizing

stations.

NEW ROOM AMENITIES – drop down or block

As a part our program we are implementing new room amenities such as: Mini Hand Sanitizers, Face

masks and Gloves, Digitalized In-room dining menus and guest directory.

COLLEAGUES TRAINING – drop down or block –

Our hotel team has undergone professional infection control training equivalent to a hospital-grade

process. All colleagues are wearing face masks and gloves at all times which is regularly replaced during

the shift and between activities. Frequent hand hygiene is closely monitored during the shift. Enhanced

cleaning plans are provided by hygiene products supplier, Diversey, through wall charts and online

guidelines to visualize the step by step flow of disinfection and cleaning of all hotel areas.

Hotel team is being checked regularly by hotel clinic and are encouraged to stay home and seek medical

assistance if they are sick or have any symptoms.

CHEMICALS AND MACHINES WE USE – drop down or block

We utilize enhanced and innovative disinfection technologies to clean the room such as electrostatic

sprayers which use an electrostatically charged disinfecting mist, ultraviolet light vacuum machines to

sanitize (HTS) surfaces and objects, UV sterilizing boxes to disinfect returned room keys, steam cleaners

to clean coffee machines and kettles as well as cold fogging machines to disinfect and refresh guest rooms

and other indoor areas.

Use of hospital-grade chemical - Virex II 256 for disinfection of high touch surfaces (HTS) supported by

Room Care2 for heavy duty cleaning and deodorizing of bathrooms and Sumabac10 for kitchen

disinfection provided by hygiene products supplier Diversey

All hotel teams are provided with face masks and gloves as well as hand sanitizers and have access to

adjunct hand washing facilities with professional grade hand soap and warm water.

CONTACTLESS FOOD DELIVERY

Digital menu in the rooms or QR codes to scan at the restaurants are available to explore the restaurant

or in room dining menus. Delivery and pick up will be done outside the room and orders will be coming in

a disposable packaging for utmost safety and hygiene. All transactions will be made cashless to limit

unnecessary contact. External riders will not be allowed into the hotel.

GUESTS REQUESTS AND CONTACTLESS DELIVERY – drop down or block

All guest requests to be attended at door entrance keeping a distance of 1.5 M as per contactless delivery

guidelines. All items to be organized in pantries to support the timeliness of the operation. Proper

packaging for any items that will be required by the guest and contactless delivery to be implemented.
