Mexico’s Flag Mexico’s Flag

Mexico’s flag has 3 colors going vertically. Green represents hope, white represents unity, and red represents the blood of national heroes. The coat of arms in the center shows an eagle holding standing on a prickly pear cactus and holding a serpent in its talons. The leader of the Aztecs saw this in a dream and decided that the first place they saw this they would settle.
