Although college is about new experiences, always keep in mind that academics should remain your primary focus. Make sure to take advantage of these academic resources throughout the school year.

Campus Academic Resource Program (CARP)CARP is a free student tutorial and academic support program. They offer tutoring in topics such as math, science, business, writing, aca-demic skills and more. English Tutoring Center (ETC)ETC provides academic support to undergradu-ate students enrolled in English composition, reading, and English as a Second Language (ESL). Staying healthy is a requirement for success. Luckily, our campus has many health services available to you.

Student Health Services (SHS)SHS provides accessible and cost-effective quality medical care for all registered SFSU students. At the health center they provide basic care, laboratory and x-ray procedures, women’s services, Immunizations, pharmacy, nutrition services, preventive medicine, psychiatric care, HIV testing, and much more.
