A. DEFINITION OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING .

Cooperative learning to rely on small group

learners, this cooperative provide a way for

learners to learn important life skills and

interpersonal develop the ability to work

collaboratively, cooperative learning can be

applied to almost any task in various

curricula for all ages of learners.

Thus essential that all teaching model is characterized bythe existence of :

Task Structure. ( referring to the way it was organized and learning , types of student activities in the class room . This means that students are expected do anything for teaching (academic and social demands )

And Structure Award.( award individualistic given to students anyone who does not rely on another student achievement , award competitive results obtained from competition with other students, while award is also given as cooperative effort with some means student are given awards for joint venture is not a business one or two people but a group effort ).

According to Johnson and sharan,essential components of cooperative learning is as the following :1 . positive dependence2 . interaction directly3 . Individual and group accountability4 . Interpersonal skills and small group5 . processing group.

C . GUIDE AND STEPS Selecting tasks right (Course designer should ensurewhether the application , practice , or partteaching the right thingfor group activities ).
