Mrs. Martin has been teaching for five years, all of which was spent at Philomath Middle School. She is a great teacher, and

an awesome person. While she teaches with precision and skill, she lets the class enjoy themselves in the process. It

seems like she has time for everyone, and no student’s question is ever ignored or unanswered. She treats her good

students like friends, and jokes around all the time. She always asks how my weekend was, and is honestly interested in my response. She isn’t super strict, and she lets the class talk as much as they want, provided that they actually get their work done. She even volunteered to help with Mulan,

as well as going on the eighth grade Evergreen Field Day. She is a kind person, who cares about her students, and isn’t

afraid to have a little fun.
