Labor Day Picnic At Twin Lakes Recreation

Wednesday Night Suppers are dismissed for the summer but will resume on August 24th.
Youth Float Trip... is set for July 10 & 11. We’ll be canoeing the beautiful Current River and camping nearby. The cost is only $30 a person which includes meals! We’ll leave right after the 10:45 service and return Monday evening. Sign up deadline is TODAY, July 3rd and forms are available from either Randy, Anthony or on our website.
CentriKid Camp Please keep our kids & Mark Martin in your prayers as they prepare to attend the CentriKids Camp, July 13-16 at SBU in Bolivar, MO.
SAGES Fish Fry Signup sheets are available at the Sages’ kiosk for our Annual Fish Fry/Covered Dish on Friday, July 15th at 5:30 in the Fellowship Hall. Chef Glenn Weaver will be cooking some great fish. Cost of this dinner is $5.00 and can be paid in advance to any member of the Senior Adult Ministry Team. See the Sages kiosk table for additional information.
Sports Crusaders Basketball Camp Our Sports Crusaders Basketball Camp will be August 1– 5, 2016. The morning session will be for 1-3 graders and the afternoon for 4-6 graders. Cost for the camp is $50.00. Regis-tration can be made on the M-Kids page of the website and by going to the Sports Crusaders page. We will be looking for housing for 1 female and 2 male leaders as well as hosts for meals in your home. If you are interested in helping, please contact Mark Martin.
Family Mission Trip We are currently two days into our mission trip at Riverview RV Park in Lake Ozark, MO and ask that you continue to keep us in your prayers. Attending are Mike, Janna, Matthew & Gregory Watson; Mark, Donna and Alayna Martin.
The church office will be closed on Monday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.
Submerged VBS Registration 4 Weeks!!!! PARENTS!! It’s time to start registering your kids for VBS. Please go to the M-Kids page on our website, then to Submerged VBS and click on the “Participant Registration” link or we have registration forms in the Club-house area. We are still looking for “crew members” to help our “submariners” get to different areas while we’re “diving deep”. YOUTH, this is an excellent way for you to be servants in ministry. If you are willing to please see Katie Groner, our VBS director, or Mark Martin. We will continue working on decorations for VBS beginning on Wednesdays from 5:30 – 7:00 pm. We will be distributing sign up lists to help with items for our snack time to Sunday School classes on 7/10.
Carolyn Summers At the conclusion of services today, we will have a time of commissioning Carolyn as she leaves this week to teach in the Philippines. Please come and say goodbye to Carolyn this morning.
Christmas in July The Missions Team is again sponsoring Christ-mas in Peru. Please visit the table and sign up for a box or specific items to fill Christmas boxes. There are many items needed. All items should be turned in by July 17. There will be a Christmas packing party on July 24, watch for details.

Mission Friends--Wednesday-- 6-7pm Birth-PreK- Safari Kids area [A110].
We are in need of some additional helpers in our Safari Kids Bible Study classes. We have a volunteer to teach our 2-3 yr. old Sunday School class but we are still looking for that special person to help teach. Our Bible Study is from 9:30 – 10:30am each Sunday. If you are willing to work with some of our preschoolers, please contact Earleen Duncan or Mark Martin.
Safari Kids Care We are in desperate need for additional workers in our Safari Kids extended sessions during the 8:15 & 10:45 worship services. If you are able to assist in filling these slots, please see Beth Diggs or Mark Martin. Clubhouse Worship For the next 2 months we will be having an Amusement Park Adventure during Clubhouse Worship. We will be looking at letting God direct, protect, comfort, and help us live a life pleasing to Him. We encourage all children,K– 5th grade to come join us in The Clubhouse.

SAFARI KIDS - (BIRTH - PREK)
Worlds of Fun: We are heading to Worlds of Fun to ride some roller coasters! The price for this event is $35.00 and is due July 24th along with a registration form (available on our website-www.memorialbaptist.org). Please do not turn in a registration form without full payment unless otherwise discussed. Date: August 1, 2016 Arrive at Memorial Baptist Church (1634 Paris Rd.) at 7:45 AM. Depart from MBC at 8:00 AM. We’ll eat lunch at the park and we’ll leave the park at 5:00 to stop for dinner (BRING MONEY FOR FOOD!!!) Arrive back at MBC at 8 PM

WHAT: Our weekly worship time is designed to help teenagers discover who they are in God. Each week includes worship, teaching, group games, video games and music.
