Asia House: the ideal venue for private events, seminars, exhibitions, conferences and weddings.

Asia House is a beautiful Grade II* listed Georgian

Town House in central London, just a few minutes from

Oxford Circus, Bond Street, Great Portland Street and

Regent’s Park stations.

Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street

and Regent Street, our venue is ideal for conferences,

receptions, lectures and product launches, as well as

private lunches, dinners and weddings.

The building offers three Fine Rooms in the Regency

style of architecture with high decorative ceilings,

chandeliers, and marble fireplaces. Alongside is a

purpose-built exhibition space, the Gallery.

Asia House also provides unique settings for musical

and dance performances, film screenings and fashion

shows.

Fine Room 1

Fine Room 1 is the largest of the Fine Rooms and holds all of its traditional features: painted ceilings, marble fireplace, chandelier, wooden flooring and vast windows allowing for plenty of natural light in the room. Perfectly suited to weddings owing to its grandeur but equally suited to conferences and receptions.

Fine Room 3

The former master bedroom of our Georgian town house is best suited for small meetings, intimate dinners, and receptions.

Fine Room 2

Fine Room 2 has also retained its original Georgian features.It can be used on its own for any occasion such as workshops, lectures and dinners, or complements Fine Room 1 for breakout space and catering.

Asia House Fine Rooms

The Fine Rooms comprise of three stunning Georgian style rooms with original

features such as classically painted ceilings, marble fireplaces and chandeliers.

All the Fine Rooms are located on the first floor and are accessible by stairs or lift.

The Fine Rooms are ajoined and can be used individually or combined giving us

the flexibility to set the rooms according to your requirements.

The Library

The Library boasts an architectural history: the bookshelves, designed by Sir John Soane (1753-1837), were the first adjustable shelves ever designed which themselves hold a conservation order.

The Hutchison room

Formerly Asia House’s Tea Room, the Hutchison Room is a versatile bright space which can accommodate a boardroom for up to 18 or a standing reception for up to 40.

The Hutchison room offers beautiful Georgian town house features thanks to its lovely fireplace and mural.

Both the Library and Hutchison can be used on their own or as breakout spaces.

Asia House Ground Floor

The Asia House ground floor offers three rooms which can be hired individually or as

a set.

The Library and the Hutchison room are intimate spaces best suited for smaller talks, meetings, lunches and dinners. The Library and the Studio together can accommodate drinks receptions of up to 70 people.

The ground floor reception can be fully branded as per the exclusive hire bookings’

terms and conditions.

Asia House Gallery – Events and Conferences

The Gallery is available for daytime events such as meetings, workshops, team-

buildings and product launches. The space can also be hired for corporate receptions

in the evenings until 22.00.

It is a truly unique space if you wish to impress your guests with a more informal

setting.

Asia House Gallery – Exhibitions

Located on the lower ground floor, the Gallery is a museum-standard exhibition

space where we consistently showcase thought provoking, interesting and dynamic

exhibitions. Whether we exhibit paintings, photographs or designed objects, our

exhibitions present creative talents from all around the world.

The Gallery offers over 90m2 of exhibition space featuring white walls, high ceilings and wooden flooring. Walls and ceilings can be painted any colour to suit the artists’ and curators’ specifications.The Gallery also features film projection facilities, multiple electric sockets throughout the floor, and moveable ceiling lights on tracks (with adjustable lighting intensity).

Asia House can be hired on an exclusive basis for ceremonies and receptions from

noon to midnight Mondays to Saturdays.

Our dedicated team offers tailored services, using their experience and creativity to

match your vision for the occasion.

Asia House works with some of the best London-based catering and event suppliers

who will make your day just as you had imagined it to be.

Asia House can be hired for ceremonies and receptions seven days a week.

Asia House Weddings

Let us provide a beautiful backdrop to your ceremony and a touch of grandeur to your

reception in our picturesque Fine Rooms, which feature carved marble fireplaces,

high coffered ceilings and crystal chandeliers.

Our rooms are versatile, with strong architectural features that allow for the most

elaborate of dressing for a flamboyant day, yet enough period features to require

nothing but the simplest decoration for those with a taste for the understated.

For smaller ceremonies, the Asia House Library offers a more peaceful and intimate

space.

Catering and Delegate Packages

Asia House offers a wide range of catering options from fully

bespoke dinners and receptions to all inclusive conference

packages.

We cater for events from six to 250 guests and can tailor

our menus and packages to make your guests’ experience

just as you want it to be.

Asia House also offers Day Delegate Rates (DDR) for

conferences and seminars.

Our standard package includes the full-day hire of the Fine

Rooms unlimited tea, coffee and mineral water throughout

the day, pastries and fruits on arrival, mid-morning and mid-

afternoon breaks with hand baked biscuits, lunch buffet

(served in room Studio), projector, screen and flipcharts.

Our DDR starts at £60* per day.

All rooms include natural day light, AC and Free Wifi

access.

Additional AV equipment is also available on request. Please

contact the Venue Hire team for further information.

*Full day from 8.00 to 17.00 for a minimum of 30 delegates.
