How to Use Twitter at a Meeting
• Decide on a hashtag (#FiO)
• Publicize the hashtag to attendees, speakers
• Feed periodic helpful info about the meeting using the hashtag
• Monitor the discussion to see if there is anything you can do to help customer-service issues quickly!
• Address honestly (responsible diplomacy)

• Not everything should be shared online.
• Speakers should be inform their audiences in advance if anything is “tweet-approved” or if the session should not be shared in a any way.
