CONDITIONS FOR MEETING FACILITIES

1) Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; however the Organiser retains final

discretion on the allocation of Private Meeting Rooms, Meeting Tables and Exhibition Desks.

2) The booking of the Meeting Facilities shall be confirmed only upon the completion of the

relevant Booking Form and the receipt of full payment for the relevant Package Fees as

invoiced.

3) Any notice of full or partial cancellation of a booking for Meeting Facilities must be submitted in

writing to the 16th SIRC Secretariat.

4) The following penalties shall apply for cancellation of bookings notified:

➢ On or before 15 Jun 2019: Administrative Fee of SGD250

➢ On or before 1 Aug 2019: 50% of relevant Meeting Facilities Package Fees

➢ On or after 1 Sep 2019: 100% of relevant Meeting Facilities Package Fees

5) In the event that the SIRC is cancelled, the company or organisation booking the Meeting

Facilities shall be entitled to either:

a. a credit to be carried forward to the next SIRC (up to the value of the Meeting Room

Package paid); or

b. a refund (calculated in good faith) of an amount that reflects the total sums paid less a

prorated proportion of any cancellation fees payable by the Organiser.

6) All fees are subject to 7% GST.
