HOW IT WORKS
Brides and grooms attending the show will download the BRIDESCAN App and complete their profile with
their contact information, wedding date, and any other information they wish to include (guest count, theme,
budget). As they walk the show floor, they will scan your unique QR code in your booth (created by
BRIDESCAN and printed by show management) and upon scanning, they exchange information with you.
They don't just get your company information. YOU GET THEIRS, TOO, INSTANTLY!
Once an attendee uses the BRIDESCAN App to
scans your unique QR code in your booth, you will
be able to sign in to BRIDESCAN to see which
types of vendors a couple has not booked so you
can reach out to your hot leads immediately
following the show without having to wait for the
Bride Lead List! BRIDESCAN also allows couples
to see your profile with contact information,
services offered, open dates, website and social
media links, and much more.

INTRODUCING BRIDESCAN
Connecting with couples during and after the show is a crucial step in getting a good return on your investment. We are excited to offer A BETTER WAY to exchange contact information with couples at our shows! An awesome New Wedding Show resource will help facilitate a connection between you and potential clients. We simplify your wedding show follow-up with the ultimate digital tool to connect you with brides and grooms so you have access to their contact information and wedding needs instantly.
If you are in the photography, videography, DJ, florist, venue, tuxedo, bridal gown, registry, beauty, wedding cake, or travel/honeymoon categories, we highly recommend you use this awesome wedding show lead capture tool. If you don't, you will miss out on capturing information of engaged couples who need your services.
GETTING SET UP
1. Select THE APP SUITE box on the registration form under OPTIONAL ITEMS for the $99 one-time fee for the BRIDESCAN lead capture tool! (FAILURE TO TAKE THIS STEP AT LEAST 7 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE NEXT SHOW RESULT IN MISSING OUT ON QUALITY LEADS.)
2. WE WILL CREATE YOUR IN-APP PROFILE FOR YOU WITH BASIC BUSINESS CONTACT INFORMATION. THIS REQUIRES NO ACTION ON YOUR PART. To be clear, BRIDESCAN is an app for brides, but a lead-capture tool for you. You do not need to download the app to get your leads.3. About a week before the show, you will receive an automated email from BRIDESCAN with a link to change your password. Now you can update your profile with company info, products, services, pricing, etc. (the stuff brides will see after they swap info with you when they scan your QR Code).4. Pick up your QR Code signage and lanyards (your BRIDESCAN suite inclusions) at the Exhibitor Check-in table upon arrival at the show and display them in your booth. Brides will scan your QR Code as they walk by your booth and automatically give you her info and receive your info SIMULTANEOUSLY. After the show, you'll log in to your BRIDESCAN profile on bridescan.com and see the contact information of the brides who scanned you. These are your hot leads. Contact them immediately!
