• Reinvestments can be made between 1 August 2008 and 1 October 2009

In order to be eligible, reinvestment projects of the potential funds generated by this call for proposals must begin:Module Earliest start date of the project

1 Co-production The co-production contract must be signed at the earliest on 1st August 2008 / submitted within 3 months

2 Minimum guarantee The licence agreement / deal memomust be signed at the earliest on 1st August 2008 / submitted within 3 months

3 P&A costs The first theatrical release of the film in the territory can take place at the earliest on 1st August 2008 / latest on day of release

Reminder: Module 3 and Selective Scheme cannot be cumulatedDeadline for reinvestment is 1st October 2009

• Recent films (2005)

• Produced with a significant number of professionals from MEDIA countries (point system)

• Majority produced by one or several producers established in a MEDIA country AND credited as such
