Dabei werden Informati-onen aus der realen Welt in die virtuelle Welt verschickt und wir erhalten direkt Rückmel-dung“, sagte Dr. Jürgen Hohn-haus, Entwicklungsleiter der Bystronic AG auf der Eröff-nungspressekonferenz der Blechexpo.Warum sollte dies nicht auch
für die Produktion möglich sein? Industrie 4.0 – darunter
verstehen Experten wie Hohn-haus in erster Linie die Ver-schmelzung von Produktions-mitteln, Produktionsteilen, Pro-duktionsplanung sowie der Auftragsabwicklung und der Mensch-Maschine-Kommuni-kation zu einem intelligenten Netz.
Solche cyberphysischen Sys-teme besitzen die Fähigkeit, sich innerhalb definierter Grenzen selbst zu steuern und die richti-gen Informationen zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort den rich-
tigen Personen zugänglich zu machen.
Hohnhaus erklärte: „Unter den genannten Gesichtspunk-ten geht Industrie 4.0 weit über den Prozessschritt Laserschnei-den hinaus.
