GENERAL GUIDELINESAd Specs



Move Inc. reserves the right to DE-ACTIVATE any ad that:

Negatively impacts the user experience

Is in violation of our ad specs

Causes page performance issues

• All ads must comply with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)

• All ads must be clearly branded with advertiser's logo and/or company name

• All ads must be clearly distinguishable from normal webpage content – Ads with white backgrounds must have a minimum 1px colored border

• All landing pages must open in a NEW browser tab/window

• Audio must be user-initiated by click and a prominent 'MUTE' button must always be present

• Ads that reference (or link to) direct competitors of realtor.com/Move.com are NOT permitted

• Ads that resemble realtor.com/Move.com navigation or content will NOT be accepted

Structure files accordingly• Combine like files together (images, fonts, libraries, etc.). • Files may be organized in subfolders or may be present solely within the root folder.

All code and assets should be relatively referred to by the index.html file• The index.html file should reference files that are in the same folder or within a

folder where the index.html file is. • File references higher up in the folder hierarchy cannot be loaded once served and

will render a broken ad.

Maximum 10 files per .ZIP

For performance reasons, limit initial file requests to 10.

Note: if using Google Web Designer, environment should be defined as “Doubleclick” (not “web”).
