The Embassy of India in Minsk in association with the Minsk City Executive Committee is organizing the 2nd International Day of Yoga on Sunday, 19 June 2016 in Gorki Park, Minsk from 0930 hrs to 1100 hrs. The program will include

• Inauguration of the IDY 2016• Breathing and Meditation Exercises (Pranayama)• Surya Namaskar• Asanas• Shavasana (Final Relaxation)

Hon’ble Mr. Andrei Shorets, Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee will be the Guest of Honor at the event.

To popularize yoga, free yoga sessions are being conducted every Sunday by trained yoga teachers from Omkara Yoga Group in Victory Park from 08.00 am to 10.00 am and by Kate Atak Yoga School in different city parks from 07.30 am to 11.00.
