1. During the debate, dont produce any disturbing sound 2. During the course of speech, the audience is not allowed to get out of the room or to

talk3. For subtantif speech, the time keeper will knock once at the first minute, twice at the

fifth minutes, and continuously knocking at the sixth minutes4. After first minute, POI is allowed until fifth minutes
