M Square Technologies Pvt Ltd., A young and medium level software solution organization serving Major software products like ERP (Web based), Communication software, Networking solution, Information management and security solution, Wireless and Website solutions as software. M Square Solutions provide the most accurate software solutions apart from its AMC services to all its clients. As a Business Consultant/Analyst, I work hard to statistically display the scope areas to improve the company’s performance and quality of service to our clients through effective sales force and marketing tactics. My challenge in this job is to quickly adopt market fluctuations (product and Business Requirements through primary and Secondary research) and approach clients with practically successful business solutions from M Square.
My other responsibilities are, to generate an appropriate SRS as per client proposal, finding business opportunity, to advise the sales team to approach our present and new clients strategically to extend the business relation and develop future business prospects using sales stats (Sales finance and competitive analysis) and reports, to invade potential geographical market to increase revenue and size of M square’s market and to maintain quality through Business Process Management (BPM)/workflow management.

K P Textiles (CBE) Pvt Ltd., is a Medium level Company that serves its domestic clients with various niche market products. It was founded in the year 1997, with the initial operations of manufacturing raw cloth material and supplying it to OEMs. The company's Portfolio then expanded to few more operations that includes colored cloth materials and also finished goods for medium level clients for a large volume sales. As Order Purchase and Goods Delivery Manager in KP Textiles, I was analyzing the projects that we undertake, producing a clear picture of work and cost estimation involved that followed by successful business negotiations. As Goods Delivery manager & Quality manager in the later periods, I utilized my skills to deliver a maximum quality product and deliver goods in time as per the target design that KP Textiles offered at that time.
Summer training in Kallos Solutions Pvt Ltd., Chennai
Trained for a period of 8 weeks under Mr. George John Vettah, CEO, MD of Kallos Solutions, where I did a project on “Formulation of Strategy for Kserve’s Pan India venture through partnership network and Initial execution plan”. This study helped me in knowing various factors attached with the expansion of business region and scale to a dynamic level for the products that are offered by Kallos Solutions Pvt ltd. The Business model that I developed was taken for real time implementation and produced immediate positive results. The strategy implemented was futuristic in approach in order to develop the company to a multiple level.

A new concept of Multi level Inverter using Capacitors & using PIC.
As a course completion project in under graduation, a new arrangement of multilevel inverter (voltage delivery range) using power electronics i.e. Dielectric capacitors and MOSFET, which are controlled by PIC and 555 timers, The project helped me in fetching a good appreciation from the industry guide and knowledge about power electronics and Micro controllers.
