Mr. Mehta is the Managing Director & CEO of Mahindra Truck & Bus Division. Formerly, he worked as CEO of Mahindra Navistar Automotive Limited and CEO of Mahindra Renault (P) Ltd.

Mr. Mehta is MBA from Faculty of Management, Delhi University and Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has an experience of over 20 years in the automotive industry. He led the Logan brand launch. Followed by heading the organization leading to taking over of MRPL by Mahindra. In Mahindra Auto Div, he has worked closely with Product development teams and launched Pickups, Bolero UV and variants. He launched Mitsubishi Lancer as GM marketing in a previous assignment. Launch was noticed and hailed for many innovative firsts in Indian automotive market.

Mr. Prakash is a renowned name is wheel technology and has been working in this company for over 25 years. Well-versed with performing in multinational environment, he is responsible for global search for wheel technology and finalizing the entire project at Chakan. He is handling all the leading global OEMs including Daimler, IVECO, Volvo, Hyundai, TATA, Ford, Honda, etc.

Mr. Prakash is a mechanical engineering graduate and has pursued a management program from Harvard Business School, USA. His core competency includes programme and project management, process engineering, manufacturing engineering and innovation. He is an expert in building organizations and implementing green field projects.

Dev has over 35 years of experience in the field of HR. He has the most unique career story. He started his career as a shop floor worker, where he spent 10 years. During this phase, he was an active union leader and led many agitations to represent the interest and well being of the workers. As a union leader, he was involved in multiple discussions and negotiations with the management, where he developed a first-hand perspective in union management relationships.

While he was promoting the interest of the workers, he did not stop investing in his learning. He continued with his studies through his shop floor career. His efforts bore fruit when he completed his MBA from SIBM, Pune. Post his MBA, Dev started his second innings on the management side. He initially worked with Eicher Group for 9 years before moving to PepsiCo. In PepsiCo, he had a very successful stint of 14 years, where he managed multiple assignments in plants and corporate roles. Dev is currently working with Mondelez International, as Supply Chain HR Head for India and Chocolate Category Asia Pacific.

Mr. Anil Chopra has spent over 16 years at Siemens with experience in a range of roles from CFO to CIO, Internal Audit, Compliance Officer and Corporate Procurement function. He also has experience in diverse locations in India (Gurgaon, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Mumbai, where he currently resides) and internationally (in Singapore). Currently, as Vice President, Technical Skill Development, Mr. Chopra leads the Skill development centre at Kalwa Mumbai. This is the youngest business of Siemens, providing Training for Safety Skills.

In his recent role as Head of Supply Chain Management, Mr. Chopra was responsible for corporate procurement with a purchase volume of over Rs. 1200 crores. A Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and B.Com, honors graduate from Delhi University, Mr. Chopra has played an active role in driving educational initiatives in the area of ethics and integrity.

An eminent name in the Bigdata Analytics industry, Mr. Prashant is the Founder and Managing Director of Inteliment Technologies, one of the fast growing niche IT-SME companies in India. He has earned a reputation as an innovator-entrepreneur by transforming Inteliment from a mere BI Services Company to a Bigdata Analytics Solutions & Services company - a tag that hardly any IT company of this size can carry!

B. E. (Mechanical) and MBA (Marketing and Finance) by education, this first-generation entrepreneur gave up his successful corporate career, as he craved to do something more, something innovative. And, thus at Inteliment Technologies, Prashant has been recognized as ‘CEO of a Fast Growing Company’ by Deloitte Inc. and was also invited on the Global Analytics Advisory Council by SAP Labs, USA. He is actively involved with Research Groups and Practitioners who delve into Disruptive Technologies and the unique value that they can bring to the Industry. Prashant also dedicates his time in grooming budding entrepreneurs at various association platforms.

Mr. Sudhir Jadhav, Associate Vice President Corporate HR M-Modal Global ServicesMr. Sudhir has experience of over 16 years in various aspects of HR and has been handling a HR generalist role over the years and currently working in Corporate HR function for more than four years.

He has led Oracle HR Management System (HRMS) implementation as a part of the ERP implementation all throughout the project development cycle and has a very sound knowledge of Oracle database and Workflow technology. He has rich exposure to HR processes in IT, ITES and Manufacturing industry and has spearheaded the implementation of HR Management Systems (ERP). He has implemented online performance appraisals system and handled many appraisal programmes at Corporate as well as works level.

Mr. Sudhir has worked closely with the Software Engineering Process Group for CMC Level 3, 4 and 5 Training KPA’s and on ISO 9001 Certification. He has worked on very senior management and technical positions and managed recruitment through recruitment portals, consultants, educational institutes etc. He has handled many walk in interviews and campus recruitment programmes etc. Apart from this, he has worked on various OD programmes, Business Excellence Models, corporate initiatives- like Knowledge Management.

Mr. Suneet is an SME in Energy – Upstream, Midstream (Gas), Downstream, Capital Projects and EPC. In his client facing roles, Suneet‘s focus is on helping companies realize value out of their investments in IT portfolio by aligning their Business Strategy with IT Strategy and increasing their ability to deliver differentiated value to shareholders and customers. Suneet has over 24 years of experience in Energy BPM consulting, Business Transformation, Operations Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Benefits Realization Mgmt. Suneet is also an Author for the BPM CBOK V4.0 by ABPMP, USA and BABOK V3.0 by IIBA, Canada.

Mr. Suneet is Mechanical Engineer and MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He has several globally acclaimed certified credentials like Certified Business Process Professional (USA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (Canada), Project Management Professional (USA), Certified Supply Chain Professional (USA), Business Continuity Certified Planner (Singapore). He is also Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer.

Mr. Suneet Kumar Garg, Vice President Accenture

Mr. Mohit is a young entrepreneur with a vision to create value-adding and sustainable companies to solve 21st century problems. He has a strong start-up background and is a Co-Founder of ConceptDrop.com, an on-demand graphic design marketplace for corporates. At ConceptDrop, he is responsible for ahelping the company raise their first round of seed funding, setting up their technology & design teams in Pune and managing their daily operations. The company is currently profitable during 18 months of operations and is on a growth path.

Mohit has a BE (Computer Engineering) Degree from MIT, Pune and MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, USA. At Case Western, he was responsible for raising funds for the Entrepreneurship Club and growing their strength from 200 members to 16,000 members. He also assisted in formation of launch – House Incubator based out of Cleveland Ohio. Currently, Mohit is also an advisor to building start-up Carok.com.

Mr. Ashwani Kumar is a member of Asia Pacific regional COE team of Johnson & Johnson Ltd., based in India. He is responsible for managing and deploying regional tender process cross-sector (for Consumer, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices & Diagnostics business) with a focus on India. He works closely with in-country distribution teams to run tenders and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on tender proposals and continuous improvement initiatives. He looks after all regional relationships with third party logistics providers.

Mr. Ashwani Kumar is BE (Mechanical) with post-graduation in Supply Chain & Operations from NITIE, Mumbai. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS, USA. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO/TS16949:2002 by TUV SUD.

Dhairya Pujara is the Founder, CEO of Ycenter-a higher education, social innovation enterprise working across three continents. Ycenter works with American university students on creating community centered projects in Mozambique, Africa. At Ycenter Mozambique, Dhairya has managed to create collaborative partnerships with Ministry of Health and Ministry of Science and Technology. His public health technology project in Mozambique is in direct alignment with United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals. He is a Global Shaper at World Economic Forum, a Global TEDx organizer and a public speaker on topics of entrepreneurship and international development. From speaking at a TEDx conference to organizing the first ever TEDx conference in the country of Mozambique, Dhairya has done it all. He blogs at The Huffington Post, Mentor and Teacher for Social Entrepreneurship at Watson Institute Philadelphia and have received a a special VISA reserved for individuals of Extra-ordinary abilities from US government. Mr. Bobby Kuriakose is currently Director - HR and Learning & Development at the Forbes Marshall Group, which is specialist in Steam Engineering, Energy Conservation and Control Instrumentation. Besides his HR responsibilities, Mr. Kuriakose also handles one of the Forbes Marshall business verticals, as a part of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Bobby Kuriakose is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and ISB Hyderabad. He is also a certified Coach associated with International Coaches Federation. He is active Member of the CII Maharashtra Council and CII National Committee on Industrial Relations.

Prof. R. S. Bhogal, Head (Assistant Director Research), at the Scientific Research Department of Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala, Pune. His areas of expertise are Experiential aspects of all Yoga practices, in general and Pranayama, Omkar and Yoga Meditation, in particular. As well as Psycho-physiological perspectives of Yoga.

M.A. in Entire Psychology, he stood first in the university and has a total 25 years of research experience in the areas of Psycho-physiological Effects of Yogic Relaxation-cum- Meditative practices namely, Omkar, Shavasana & Meditation. He has authored seven books on the subject in addition to 35 research articles and 40 popular articles. He is a recipient of prestigious Shivram Apte Sanskrit Award and Bharat Jyoti Award.

Anupreksha - The Induction

If you really wish to practise equanimity,

Practise self-contemplation above all!

Between meditation and study, there’s a bridge,

Call it anupreksha, or discretion;

It’s derived from the word meaning

‘inter-meditation’; He who practises it,

finds immortal Truth.

Whether a meditator or a scholar or a scientist,

The path of anupreksha is open to all!
