What is May Camp?
May Camp weekend includes chapel sessions
(games, worship, and sermons), meals together,
free time (enjoy the waterfront!), organized games,
fireside, a talent show, and lots of other fun stuff!
This year we have optional off-site activities that
students can sign up for when they register. These
activities will take place on Saturday afternoon in
lieu of field games that day. Students who don’t
sign up can enjoy free time at camp!
We will be meeting in the church parking lot at 5pm
on Friday and will depart shortly after. We will leave
Green Bay right after lunch on Monday (expected
arrival 3pm at the church).
Sign Up Please detach this column and return with
payment. Cheques can be made payable to your
home church.

Our Speaker: Brad Reid
Brad served as a pastor at Bethany Baptist from
2004 - 2012. Currently he is on parental leave
which means the government is paying him to
stay at home and spend lots of time with his wife
Colleen and their three sons (Carlon, Noah and
Iain). Brad is also learning how to play the guitar
- something he avoided doing while a youth
pastor because he didn't want to seem too
cliché!
Brad would consider a great evening to be an
Oilers game (which the Oilers win) along with a
good book (to read during intermission) and a
hot cup of (BLACK) coffee. Please note that the
good book can easily be swapped out by a good
comic.
Brad is passionate about serving God and wants
to help others discover how they can best serve
Him. He's looking forward to seeing where God
will call him to serve next... and is confident that
God will do amazing things at May Camp!
