Calculating the shutter weight
To calculate the weight of the shutter,
multiply the surface area of the shutter
in m2 (base x height) by the weight
per m2 of the material used.
For vertical awnings
In the case of automating screens in fabric or mosquito screens,
take into account that the weight of the screen
is practically irrelevant with respect to the bar used
to maintain correct tension.
