I chose this question for my statistical investigation because it’s something that will help people in their everyday lives as we live in a stressful environment.

It will help people because they will understand how to take care of stressful situations instead of sitting there pulling their hair out.

Which strategy helps conquer stress the best?

My strategies are:

Take a couple deep breaths

Stop, and think about what you’re doing wrong with stress

Use a stress ball

I think that taking a couple deep breaths will help people the most as it will help them relax and realise what they are doing wrong with stress.

1. Get together some friends or/and family (about 5 - 8).

2. Make each person stressed and see how they handle it.

3. Writes down each person’s strategy to handle stress.

4. Add together all the people’s results.5. Make it into an organised list of graph showing

the amount of people that use each strategy.6. Analyse results.

You need to have the same problem that will stress the people.

Same moods that the people are in when you stress them out

People with roughly the same stress level

Preferably same ages people.

Don’t tell the people that you’re going to stress them out or the way they handle stress could be different to the way they would really handle it.
