• Publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX-V:MAT) and

the OTCQX (QX:MHREF)

• Gold properties are held in the Matamec Gold division

• Allows Matamec to increase its portfolio of gold properties in

geological settings linked to deposits or mines in production

• Properties with key elements for technologies related to energy will

be transferred to a subsidiary, called Matamec Energy

industrial mineral and metal deposits related to energy
