Your application can only be your ticket to success if you meet the enrolment criteria.
You have completed your Bachelor studies in a business related studyprogramme (minimum requirement). Alternatively, you have alreadyearned a higher degree.
You have to proof a good command of English. The results of yourprevious English test have to equate to the level B2 of the CommonEuropean Framework of References (CEFR). *)
*) The Board of Examiners might accept other proof of equivalent English skills.
If German is not your mother tongue, you will have to pass one of thefollowing tests: DSH 1, DSH 2, DSH 3 or an equivalent test in German as a Foreign Language (level TDN or above, minimum result of four points).

Students participate actively in the selection process of new tutorial staff.Five aspects reflect our minimum expectations in every professor.
Completed postgraduate study programme and PhD in a relevant field.
Minimum of three years work experience in a business company.
Distinct number of scientific publications.
Educational expertise.
Selection by both the Board of Appeal and the student committee.*)
*) Applicants for the position of professor always have to give trial lectures. If the students dislike the trial lectures, the candidate will not be successful in the application process.
