The Good Samaritan Center is asking for donations of frosting in March.

Adult Education Series: Adult Education Series: The Pivotal Player will meet today March 12 – G. K. Chesterton. G. K Chester ton, sometimes refer red to as the Apostle of Common Sense, was a man who embraced Catholicism and felt it was the only worldview that embodied the full truth of existence. Bishop Robert Barron’s CATHOLICISM: The Pivotal Players show-cases a handful of saints, artists, mystics, and scholars who not only shaped the life of the Church but changed the course of western civilization. Journey with Bishop Barron to explore the lasting influence of these Pivotal Players. We meet after the 9 am Mass on Sunday morning.

Lent is a time of prayer, fasting and almsgiving, so take the time in the next few weeks to think about how Lent can help us continue our Parish Outreach.

SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION

St. Michael will have Reconciliation every Tuesday and Thursday during Lent from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The Sacrament of Reconciliation will

be offered at St. Margaret Mary Parish on Sunday March 19th at 5:30 PM and at St. Francis Xavier at 2:30 PM on Sunday March 26th.

St. Michael Youth Group: Thank you to the Youth Group for writing and helping to lead the Stations of the Cross on March 3. And a huge shout out to the Youth Group, parents and Parishioners that joined us for a lovely Pancake Breakfast. Over $400 was raised and the money will go towards Social Outreach. The Youth Group will meet tonight at the Church at 6 pm.

Today is the 2nd Sunday of Lent. In today's Gospel Jesus' Transfiguration was one o the most magnificent displays of God's glory the world has seen. The Holy Spirit want us to learn that Jesus is glorified every time we worship Him at Mass, and in prayer, and every time we go out of our way to help someone.
