My role regarding the shows:- booking of space- sign up of members as show partners- collection of money from show partners- budgeting for shows- negotiation of sponsorship deals- liaise with ETA country office over invoicing and contracts- liaise between members and show organizers over show guide
submissions- scheduling of show planning with stand builder- layout planning with stand builder- design of all graphics on behalf of partners on the stand- delivery of correct graphics to stand builder to deadline- production of necessary promotional printed materials- scheduling of meetings with journalists- supervision of stand build- attendance of shows and briefing of promotional staff

of 8 weeks during spawning season.
