Harvest/Farm Tables - Crafted in house using reclaimed and new lumber. Each table has
authentic turned wood legs in a nostalgic walnut finish. The tables are all the same 3’ width
to fit perfectly together creating rows of family style dining if desired. Over 60 tables in

Styling Services: We can add in additional styling services to all
events. Allow us to setup & style your event to suite
your vison & beautify all the rented items as well as
client provided décor. We can set up your entire
event, allowing you to just show up & enjoy. This is
added on by the hour at the time of delivery to make
this a very affordable way to not have to work your
own wedding setup.
EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION: We have a team of Certified Wedding Planners on staff to help with all your planning
needs. If you are the type of person who has all the planning complete, but need assistance
pulling the event together on the day of, allow us to manage the event for you. We will
ensure that everything goes as you have planned while you can just show up and enjoy your
wedding day.
CUSTOM BUILD & DESIGN: Our inhouse team of Designer and Builders are capable of building items (large and small)
to suit your exact needs. Let us know today what you are looking for, send us some ideas
you are working with and let our team amaze you.
Discounts: Take advantage of the multiple services that we offer to start adding up discounts. When you
book our Coordination services, you will get a 10% discount on all items.
Delivery: Delivery Services are available on all items, please keep in mind that minimum orders must
be met to secure delivery. Minimums are set up based on the type of items rented, location,
date and time(s). Please contact us directly for delivery quote.
Delivery quotes are based on a simple drop off. Should items need to be portaged to gain
access to the drop off or pickup location, additional fees will be added. Please inform us at
the time of booking of the access situation (such as long distance, stairs or elevators) so that
we can quote in accordance.
You can arrange your own transportation of the rented items, however security deposits will
be doubled. Not all items are available for self-pickup, and items must be transported
safely in proper vehicles. We can deny pickup if we feel they will not be transported safely
upon arrival at pickup time.

Prices listed above are for a 1 day rental. We allow up to 1 additional day for Delivery and
another for Pickup. Orders may also be rented in an extended 4-7 day period, weekly or
monthly. Please inquire for pricing on extended periods.
Security Deposits: Refundable Security Deposits are taken on all orders. Should items be missing or damaged,
the replacement/repair amount will be taken out of the security deposit.
Thank you for taking the time to consider our services for your event. We limit the
number of events we are a part each day/weekend to ensure the highest level of
service and quality; therefore, booking well in advance is advised.
If you do not see what you are looking for in our pricelist, please inquire directly as we
are often adding in new products and may have something in our warehouse that has
not made it online yet.
