requirements to match. Promoted safety culture in a country with limited exposure to western methods and work

practices. Achieved zero lost time incidents in 2011 to 2014. Achieved significant improvements in driving standards. Qualified as Taproot team leader AND trainer rolling out a standardized investigation

methodology. Carried out numerous incident investigations and followed up with procedural changes

as required. Gained broad level of general technical knowledge to understand the range of processes

in 13 diverse product lines.

Conducted detailed Hazop for Early production facility and implemented management of change as required to ensure safe operation of the site.

Introduced process safety and designed specific initiatives to implement within the operation.

Responsible for both Explosive and Radioactive material and implemented the required protocols for security and safety to effectively manage them in a high risk environment. .

2009-2011 Weatherford Drilling International (Global) Lead auditor delivering global internal HSE auditing programme to meet corporate key performance targets. 100% target achievement in 2009-2010. Significant improvements in the measurement of safety performance as a direct result of this programme.

Travel to remote worksites and conduct safety audits including offshore. Write comprehensive reports for direct action at worksite. Inform country and corporate management of action required and follow up audits to measure progress. Review and revise major incident plans in line with COMAH Track and record close out of non-conformities using corporate performance tracking system. Provide coaching in safety management systems at worksite and to country management teams. Audited Rigs in Chad, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Pakistan. India, Australia, China (offshore), Iraq south and Iraq North. Lead investigator in two major incidents. Resulting recommendations led to significant procedural change throughout the company. Qualified as IWCF well control supervisor level Attended broad range of technical training and worked closely with engineering inspection team to ensure integration of all aspects of HSE.

As Security and HSE manager, Russia (FSU) for a rig drilling operation in South West Siberia.
