THE VALENTINE'S DAY The Valentine's Day is on February 14, the Roman god Cupid is the son of Venus, the god of love and romance. The symbol is pigeons, give flowers, cards and chocolate.La traditional celebration is the exchange of love notes, valentines calls. These notes are presented in heart-shaped cards or romantic reasons as figures of Cupid, roses, etc.. in the nineteenth century introduced the mass-produced postcards exchange, and the exchange of other gifts like roses and chocolates, although generally it is women who receive the gift. In the United States, is also associated with friendship day.
