MARKETING YOUR RENTAL LISTING
Three Ideas to Consider
USE VISUAL EFFECTS
There are so many listings out there that you’ll need to stand
out in some way and provide the viewer with as much
information as possible.
Use pictures – both interior and exterior shots. Don’t be afraid
to show the view from your master bedroom. Remember to use
a quality camera to allow your property to shine.
Video is your friend. Panoramic shots can put your viewers into
your home and help you show why your property is the best one
to stay at.
USE GUEST REVIEWS
Sometimes, potential guests want to read
reviews from past guests to make an informed
decision. That’s why Yelp is so popular.
Therefore, make it a point to include guest
reviews in your listing to provide non-partial
information about your vacation rental.
GET THE BASICS RIGHT
Make your title and description dynamic and
exciting for the viewer. If you’re excited, they
might get excited too.
Check and see if your information and prices
are current.
Review for grammatical errors.
