Fortune 50 company, transformed reporting silos into a robust Marketing Effectiveness Measurement Process through the standardization of metrics, sustained industry tracking and provision of insights that enable decisions with regard to new and existing products. The client is involved in the manufacturing of semiconductors, chipsets and wireless telecommunications products and services. The client needed a phase-wise approach to operationalize a marketing RoI framework. The engagement was initiated with the objective of consolidating the existing reporting structure for a specific Business Unit. This required the selection and measurement of key metrics that addressed the objectives of the Web-enabled Application Development Platform. The learning leveraged from this activity enabled the creation of a framework that could be prescribed to the remaining Business Units. Phase 1 About BRIDGEi2i BRIDGEi2i is an analytics solutions company partnering with businesses globally, helping them achieve accelerated outcome harnessing the power of data. BRIDGEi2i helps companies to BRIDGE the gap between INFORMATION, INSIGHT and IMPACT in their journey to institutionalize data driven decisions across the enterprise. The capabilities demonstrated by BRIDGEi2i during Phase I significantly expanded the scope for Phase II with concrete steps being taken towards the development of a marketing database.
