Proof that what you are saying is accurate Low-risk, high-value call to action Call out a primary benefit or problem so that the reader can’t help but read more. “Stop struggling with…”, “Here is your fastest and most effective path to [benefit you offer]” Describe the problem that brings clients your way, including up to three costs of this problem. What are the logical costs? What are the emotional costs. Describe the 3 most compelling costs. Segue into “It doesn’t have to be this way.” Describe the world after they work with you. What are the logical and emotional benefits as a result of the value you provide. Explain your edge and advantage. The classic form is, “Unlike other [trainers, speakers, coaches, advisors]…” People are more skeptical than ever before. Offer testimonials from opinion leaders, social proof with examples of media where you have been interviewed, case studies of significant results, awards, credentials, and/or perhaps even a guarantee. People don’t want a free consultation. They know that will be a sales pitch. Start slow. Offer a free executive brief or white paper, an ebook, a webinar, an online mini-course by email or something else that demonstrates your value and credibility.
