Marketing and Interests

There are several components of the AgentMate application that will require

configuration. The majority of these are managed under utilities.

Step 1: Click on Utilities and Select Agency Defaults from the menu.

Step 2: From here Select CRM/Marketing defaults

Step 3: Next Select the Marketing Sources Tab

Step 4: Within here you are able to add different Marketing sources that will appear as selection options for your agents.

In this example under Category column we’ll Select Internet Advertising

Then Click on NEW in the Marketing Source column

Next in the Marketing Source box Name Enter in your source and Click Save

Step 5: Each time a new client is created in the application

Step 6: an original marketing source must be selected. Any items that have been added from the marketing source list that we looked at previously will appear here.

Step 7: Similarly each time a new lead or reservation is created in the system

Step 8: a reservation or lead marketing sources must also be selected. The marketing source list this is the list same as the clients list

Step 9: There are a couple of different reports that can be run to provide information about marketing and one is the marketing analysis report. Click on Reports and Select Marketing Analysis from the menu.

Step 10: Here you have the ability to run several different view selections on is an agency view, counselor view or vendor view. From there you can decided if you want to run the report by a particular marketing source or by vendor. Click Preview and your report opens in a PDF for you to review.

Step 11: Another area in which you can run other marketing reports is by using the query tool also located under the Reports tab, Select Query from the menu, then Click on Client CRM

Step 12: From here you can do a Marketing Source report where you are able to pull lists only for a specific marketing source

Step 13: Or you have the ability to export the marketing source field and this way you can track over all demographics to see what type of clients are booking most frequently or coming to the agency most frequently due to a particular marketing source.

Step 14: AgentMate allows you to configure are items in which your clients are interested in. This is again done in the Utilities Section. Click on Utilities and Select Agency Defaults from the menu.

Step 15: From here select CRM/Marketing defaults

Step 16: Next Select the Interest Setup tab

Step 17: Here you are able to set up specific interests. In this example you can see here under category column when we Select Sports a list populates in the Interest column for you.

Step 18: If you’d like to add sport to this list.

That can be done quick and easy by

In this example under Category column we’ll Select Sports

Then Click on NEW in Interest column

Next in the Interest Name box Enter in your interest and Click Save

This can be useful as many agencies will use this when working on trips to major sporting events such as PGA tours the World Series or Super Bowl.

Step 19: After these have been added within any client profile

Step 20: you can navigate to the marketing radio button and see a list of marketing interest for the client here in the interest section.

Step 21: You can add or remove interest by clicking on EDIT

Step 22: Next in the Interests box choose the item by Clicking on it then Click on add

Step 23: The Interest is now moved to the Selection box. Click Save

Step 24: These interest can be queried by Clicking on the Reports tab, Select Query from the menu, then Click on Client CRM

Step 25: You can use a particular filter

Step 26: Or the report can be exported by clicking Marketing information then Interests.
