Scope:Under the supervision of the Microenterprise Program Supervisor, the Marketing and Design Coordinator shall support the development of graphic design projects for the Microenterprise Program and the businesses it serves.

Responsibilities:

Meet with Microenterprise Program participants to develop a marketing plan Provide 1-on-1 marketing consulting and technical assistance to program participants Develop business marketing material for IRC Microenterprise Program participants, including:

logos, business cards, flyers, brochures, door-hangers, coupons, etc Develop basic websites utilizing online DIY software programs (including, but not limited to,

Weebly) Develop marketing material for the Center for Financial Opportunity, as needed

This position reports to the Microenterprise Program Supervisor. This position manages a staff of: 0.

Requirements:

4 year degree preferred, related degree a plus Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite package, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and

InDesign Basic knowledge of HTML a plus Works and communicates well with people of varied backgrounds. Entrepreneurial or small business development experience a plus Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to work independently, be a self-starter and maintain responsibility for multiple tasks. Flexibility, dependability, and creativity are desired. Proficiency in common refugee language preferred
