Completing the California Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration (WCCA) certificate program is no longer a requirement for earning the WCCP designation.

California Training and CE Requirements: Completing WCCP courses satisfies the California Department of Insurance's initial training and continuing education (CE) requirements for workers compensation claims adjusters.

Course Options: Each WCCP course is available in a package that includes the textbook, online course and online practice exams.

Exam Details: WCCP exams are offered at Institutes-approved on-site testing locations and Prometric Testing Centers. Exams will be available beginning October 2014.

Recommended for: California workers compensation claims professionals, including those employed by insurance companies, third-party administrators and self-insured employers.

Completion Time Frame: Complete the program in as little as 12 months or less.
