Rolling Power Point to use at Chapter Meetings

During your chapter’s networking time, consider using SHRM’s rolling PowerPoint presentation with updates from SHRM. The slides change automatically every 10-15 seconds and show the latest benefits and news from SHRM. The slides are located at “What’s New in the VLRC.” We hope this helps your members understand their benefits and helps your chapter retain SHRM members.

Accessible from the front landing page of the VLRC and from the Resources for Chapters >> Communications page

Q&A -- Best Practice Sharing Discussion Topics

• Do you have position progression in key chapter roles? (For example, is the President-Elect required to first have served in another chapter leadership role?)

• What are you doing to ensure a successful leadership transition into 2014? (For example, will your chapter hold a leadership training meeting for new board members?)
