The warm weather has jump started the grass a little. Our lawn contractor does not start cutting until the first part of April. We may try to modify the schedule some if needed. We are also finishing up some TLC on trees and shrubs around the clubhouse area. They will be adding mulch over the next few weeks as well. We want to welcome Ben Scoble as the Food & Beverage Manager here at the club. His new menu and hours of operation are posted on the new Lake Chesdin Golf Club website. Ben has scheduled events throughout the week along with many specials. Please let’s show our support! The Food & Bever-age and Golf are critical to the success of our community. Ben, we wish you well and are excited to see you succeed along with seeing friends at the club. New home sales have been the best in over 10 years with craftsman style still being the best sellers. Remember to submit all exterior architectural changes to ARB for review prior to commencing projects.
