Awareness Session on COVID-19Administration Department has conducted Awareness Sessions on COVID-19 Pan Pakistan whereemployees were given comprehensive information regarding what COVID-19 is, how to preventthe spread of this virus and the actions to be adopted to keep themselves safe. Additionally,factors to consider when organizing meetings, events and traveling were also discussed. Thesessions were very extremely informative and prepared as per the World Health Organizationguidelines.

Keeping in mind health and safety of our employees, all branches and network towns were alsodisinfected.

A security training of guards wasconducted by Administrationdepartment in Sukkur branch inwhich thorough understandingwas given regarding WeaponHandling and Access Control.

CELEBERATING OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES

Our Second Guiding Principle, OpenCandid Communication wascelebrated across ADP in Novemberand December.

Principle Captains were nominatedacross Pakistan where theyconducted awareness sessions toemphasize the importance ofcommunicating effectively.

The session was followed by anexciting activity Zoom whichindulged the audience.

OPEN CANDID COMMUNICATION

To equip the field force ofAbudawood Pakistan withknowledge and applicableconcepts of sales, Sales Schoolswere conducted at variouslocations including Karachi,Lahore, Islamabad, Gujranwala,Faisalabad and Bhawalpur. TheSRs and VSRs of all businesses weretrained by District and UnitManagers who are certified SalesSchool Facilitators.

The purpose behind conductingthese sessions was to increase thegrip of SRs and VSRs on thefundamentals of sales and enablethem to perform better with athorough understanding of theKPIs.

SALES SCHOOL

Supply Chain School 1 was conductedin Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad inFebruary and March for members ofthe Supply Chain department. Theaudience included people fromOperations, Warehouse & Logisticsand was conducted by our certifiedfacilitator on-ground, Babar Shabbir(Regional Manager, South Region).
