Instructions: For each manure, litter, compost, and/or process wastewater sampling event, document the sample date and time, and the individual who performed the sampling. For “Sampling Method in NMP?” indicate “Yes” if the samples were collected using the protocols described in the NMP; if alternative sampling methods were used, indicate, “No” and attach a sheet describing the sampling methods used. After the analytical results are received, document the date you received the analysis and the analytical methods used for N and P analyses. Document the analytical results by inserting the lab reports behind the recordkeeping form.
