1 Basics


1-1 The CONTROL-CENTER The CONTROL-CENTER contains all the software and online seminars of easy Sports-

Software. The CONTROL-CENTER has the following advantages:

You reach every software and your online seminars easily.

You don’t need to register your software. You just register the CONTROL-CENTER,

which is a lot easier than the former registration process. Each software, for which

you hold a license, has ist own coloured button in the CONTROL-CENTER, where you

also install and start the software.

You may try a software at any time, just clicking on START Demo. The Demos are easy

to de-install.

Out of the CONTROL-CENTER you have direct access to the Seminar Center. Never

again looking for the link to the Seminar Center and your access data.

If you change your computer or have to install your computer again, just install a new

CONTROL-CENTER and turn it into your First Licence.

If we have to update the software, e.g. because WINDOWS changed something or we

made your version better, the Control-Center automatically updates your software.

The Contol-Center of easy Sports-Software keeps your software and seminars together.


1-2 System You need:

a Windows-PC with WINDOWS 7, VISTA or XP

an internet connection while intalling the Control-Center or asoftware.

1-3 Download If you do not have the Control-Center installed on your computer, you may download it

here. Just click onto the Control-Center DOWNLOAD Button.

Depending on your Browser, WINDOWS version and computer settings the following

images may differ more or less from that what you see on your computer.

After the click onto the red Download-Button

Click „Save“. After that the installation file for the CONTROL-CENTER will be saved in the

Downloads-folder of your computer.

Depending on the Browser you are using there appear different dialogues and messages, some are saying,

that the downloaded file may do harm to your computer. This is a standard message, that always shows up

together with exe-files. The download of “ControlCenter-en.exe” will not do any harm to your computer. It is

necessary to install the Control-Center. The installation file “ControlCenter-en.exe” will be downloaded from

one of our servers, at the moment it is “http://www.controlcenter.easy-test-designer.com”.

Download is finished

When the Download is finished the Downloads window of your browser will show up.

Your Browser Download Window probably look different.

Problem: I don’t find the downloaded Control-Center file

Switch to the Downloads-folder on your computer. You don’t know where it is? There are

several possibilities to find it:

Possibility 1: If you see this symbol in the Windows task line, click on it and the

Downloads folder will show up as soon as you click onto Downloads on the left. You will see

all the things you have downloaded on the right. In the image above there is only the

installations file of the Control-Center in the Downloads folder.

If you don’t find the symbol , see next page.


Possibility 2:

First click on Windows START (1.), type Downloads into the Search programs and files

window (2.) and click onto Downloads (3.). The Downloads window will show up:

This window could have another look on your computer.

The look depends on the settings on your computer.

1-4 Installation of the Control-Center Starting the Installation

There are several ways to install a software. The simplest way is to doubleclick onto the

installation file. Before you doubleclick, please have a short glance onto the next page.

Secure installation

Some computers are protected like Alcatraz. If your computer is protected like this – or if

you don’t know it – install the Control-Center (and other software) like this:

Click with the right tap of your mouse onto the installation file. The context menu shows

up. Now click onto „Run as Administrator“.


After the installation has started

After the installation has started you will have to confirm some windows.

1 – The first one is the User Account Control. In this case we, the company easy Sports-

Software, is the unknown publisher. This is a Windows standard message. Please confirm.

The changes that we do on your computer is installing the software.

2 – The installation assistant starts working. Click onto „Install“.


3 – Installation starts and informs you when the installation is finished. Go on with “Next”.

4 – Setup has almost finished. Click on „Finish“.


5 – Now we want to know which language you prefer for the Control-Center. We assume

that you click on the English flag. If not, please consult the Manual in the language you

prefer.

6 – To activate the Control-Center you need a code. To get your code, enter your email

adress into the field order your code and click “Get activation key via email”.


7 – For security reasons we check if your email adress really exists. Therefore we send a

message to the email adress given. Please check your emails. Normally our email reaches

you within a few seconds. If it does has not reached within a 15 minutes period, please first

check your SPAM folder. If it is not there, click on „Send again“ and again check your emails.

There are often problems with email accounts of hotmail and gmx. Please inform us if you have such an

account and did not receive our email.

Our email has the following subject:

Activation code for the easy Sports CONTROL-CENTER

Enter the code and click on „Activate Control-Center“.


8 – Now we want your name. If you are a customer already, your name will show up

automatically. If not, enter your name and click „Check and Finish“.

9 – Finished. The Control-Center starts.

1-5 Installing the CONTROL-CENTER on more than 1 computer

You may install the CONTROL-CENTER on several computers. You

find information about your CONTROL-CENTER license on the

upper right corner of the CONTROL-CENTER. In the example I am

using the 1. License, e.g. I have installed the Control-Center on three computers.

Please mind: We only sell single place licenses, e.g. you cannot use your software on several computers at

the same time. If you havebought 1 license, you can use the software on the computer with the 1. Licence of

the CONTROL-CENTER . If your want to use the software on several computers you need an additional license

for each computer. For prices please consult our Webshop.

You may convert every Control-Center in a 1. License. Therefore click in the upper right

corner. The settings show up. Click „Change into first licence“ and confirm the conversion

with „OK“. You may convert as often as you like.

1-6 Uninstalling the Control-Center Uninstall the Control-Center via

„Programs and Features“ in the

Windows Control Panel.

2-1 Filters Example: Click on „Bought“ to see only the software that

you have bought.

Click on „Handball“ to see all available software for handball

– the ones you bought and the ones you did not buy.

2-2 The Software-Buttons

When you buy a software, the colour of the software buttons turns from dark grey to a light

colour; easy Sports-Graphics SOCCER e.g. is green.

There is a tiny arrow on the right side of the buttons of

the software you bought to fast start the software.

When you click in the middle of a button, an info window shows up, where you get

information about the software, start or install the software.


2-3 The Info-Windows On the upper left corner you see the name of the software. In the middle you find some

information about the software, on the right you see a small picture.

The buttons on the left:

„Back to Main Menu“ leads you to the window with the colourd software buttons.

Start or install the full version by clicking „Start“.

Start or install the demo version by clicking „Start DEMO“.

Visit a website with more information on a software by clicking on „More Information“.

Clicking on „Buy“ leads you to our webshop.

2-4 Installing the Demo You want to try a software? Click onto the software

desired and then click on „Start DEMO“.

If the Demo is already installed, it starts. If the DEMO is

not installed, the installation process starts. Please

follow and confirm the then following steps to install the

software.


While the DEMO version is being downloaded, you see this window:

When Download and Installation are finished, the DEMO version starts immediately.


2-5 Installing the Full Version 1 – To install the full version click on „Start“.

You only see the „Start“- button, when you bought the software.

2 – After your click on „Start“ you must accept the License

Agreement. Please read it carefully and click „Accept“. If you

„Refuse“ the software will not be installed.

3 – After accepting the license agreement the Download and Installation of the Software

starts:


2-6 De-installing the Demo version After installing the Demo version, in the info window

the “De-install DEMO”-button shows up. Just click on

„De-install DEMO“ if you do not need the DEMO

anymore.

In case you change your opinion, you may install the DEMO again.

You may install it as many times as you l ike.

2-7 De-installing the Full version After installing the Full version, in the info window the “De-

install First License”-button shows up. Just click on „De-

install First License“ if you do not need the software

anymore or if you do not need it on the computer on which

it is installed.
