1 PURPOSE

This Standard specifies the arrangements for the Installation of Substation Equipment used on Horizon Power Distribution networks.

This Standard supersedes the Western Power Document (DM# 3463050] previously in use by Horizon Power since disaggregation.

2 SCOPE

This Standard covers the requirements for the following range of distribution equipment:

50 kVA / 63 kVA District Substation

Modular Packaged Substation (MPS) Transformers;

Non Modular Packaged Substation (Non-MPS) Transformers;

Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear Kiosk; and

MV Switchgear Substation.
