CONTENIDO

Esta presentación proporciona la información básica de mantenimiento y describe la operación de sistemas del motor, tren de potencia, dirección, levante y el sistema de aire y freno para el Camión de Obras 793D

OBJETIVOS

Después de entender la información en esta reunión de guías, el técnico de servicio estará capacitado para:

1. ubicar e identificar los principales componentes en el motor, tren de potencia, dirección,

levante y el sistema de aire y frenos;

2. explicar el funcionamiento de los principales componentes en los sistemas; y

3. trazar el flujo de aceite y aire a través de los sistemas.

INTRODUCCION Se muestra el lado izquierdo del camión 793D. El 793D está disponible en cuatro diferentes configuraciones de altitud normal y un arreglo de mayor altitud. Todas las configuraciones entregan velocidad incrementada y son componentes claves que corresponden a la aplicación de tracción y condiciones del lugar. La siguiente lista explica los cinco arreglos: Estándar – El arreglo estándar está diseñado para excepcional, todo en torno al rendimiento. Tres factores se combinan para producir un incremento de hasta 9% más de potencia en las cuatro ruedas que el 793C, incluyendo 5% más de potencia del motor; un riel común del sistema hidráulico para mayor eficiencia del tren de potencia; y un ventilador impulsado hidráulicamente que funciona cuando es necesario por demanda que reduce la carga parásita. Mayor potencia en las ruedas reduce los tiempos de ciclo y reduce el costo por tonelada. Grupos de Ruedas de Vida Extendida – Desarrollado para aplicaciones de tracción ascendente. Este arreglo está diseñado para extender la vida de la rueda y realizar tracción en grandes distancias ascendentes. Los grupos de ruedas de vida extendida son construidas con componentes grandes y más durables, incluyendo ejes grandes, espacio de cojinetes de ruedas más anchos, una superficie de frenado más amplios y el material del disco de fricción de larga duración para mayor vida del freno y mayor tiempo entre revisiones. Velocidad Extra – Desarrollado por mucho tiempo, para aplicaciones de revisiones completas. La configuración de velocidad extra entrega un 10% de incremento en máxima velocidad a 60 Km/h (37 mph) a través de una nueva entrada al grupo de engranajes de transferencia. Este arreglo también incluye Grupos de ruedas de Vida Extendida.
