Manpower audit refers to an examination and
evaluation of policies, procedures and practices to determine the effectiveness of manpower management.
Manpower audit is an overall quality control check on manpower activities in a company.
Example A complete manpower audit was needed to decide what recruitment or training should be carried out to meet future requirements.
