After living in Japan for over 25 years, Mr. Prathamesh Joshi
returned to India in 2015. He was the C.E.O. of a large Japanese

company and had saved over ~ 20 crores during his employment in~
Japan. He also strongly believed in professionalism and quality of
work. He has a good experience of the electrical products industry.
He wants to set up some industrial unit in his home town near Pune
and provide employment to the rural youth. His childhood friend Mr.
Avadhoot Patil advises him to go into either furniture manufacture or
household electrical products. Mr. Joshi has lot of contacts in both
these industries in Japan who can help him with the latest
technology. Generating the capital is not a problem for Mr. Joshi as
he is well versed in preparing project reports. He also has good
relations with a number of reputed industrial consultants, both in
Japan and in India. His son has also graduated in Industrial
Engineering from Germany. Mr. Joshi's another friend advises him to
enter into the manufacturing of automobile parts. Mr. Joshi is
confused and ultimately goes to a good consultant friend of his and
asks for his advice in this matter.
