How Our Recovery Assistance Works...

Step 1: You can either go to our website or email us the time frame on the video files

you would like to recover.

Step 2: After receiving your request, we will retrieve the video files from your vault.

Step 3: We will provide you with a login and password to our data retrieval server.

Step 4: You will login and locate the video content that you need.

Step 5: We will then burn the video data to the media type that is appropriate (CD,

Thumb Drive or Hard Drive depending on storage amount).

Step 6: Lastly, we will provide that media to you through the mail. If the video data is a

small clip, we can provide you with a temporary download link as well.

Step 7: If more than one week of data is required, you will provide at your cost the ap-

propriate media to store your video data.
