• If you notice something works well, try incorporating it into your work

• Note what they have that your content doesn’t and see if you’re missing any opportunities

Repeat past successes

• Look at pieces of content you’ve done before that got attention and build on them!

Discover your users’ interests

• Enable the Demographics and Interests reports in Google Analytics and get demographic information on your visitors!

• This tells you where they explore and what they’re searching for online so you can develop content that matches their interests to their services
