• The purposes of a meeting are to – share information– discuss issues– make decisions– build alignment.

• In our hyper-connected, “always on 24/7” world, it is more important than ever to have a meeting schedule that increases connection, communication, and decision-making.

Meeting Schedule• Daily Meeting: 8:48 to 9:00 AM every business day

– Daily Accountability (who is going to do what by when)

• Weekly Meeting: 3:00 to 4:00 PM every Friday– There is still a daily meeting at 8:48 am– Good way to wrap up the week

• Monthly Meeting: 1:00 to 5:00 PM on the second Tuesday of the month– There is still a daily meeting at 8:48 am– Close to release of last month’s numbers

• Quarterly Meetings: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on second Monday of January, April, July and October (first month of the quarter)– Dinner the night before to have informal discussions and build rapport– Close to release of last quarter’snumbers

• Annual Meeting: 2 day off-site
